Executive summary

A rare asset, in a market that is just opening up...

Santuario del Lago comprises 542 hectares on the northeast shore of Lago Presidente Roosevelt, in the Aysén Region, subdivided into 80 lots.

Only the exclusive 26 lakefront lots are for sale; the remaining 54 form a Conservation Area that will keep that status in perpetuity.

Each lot is transferred through a Delaware LLC (a limited liability company formed in the U.S.), which simplifies the purchase for foreign investors.

1.1 Chile

Located at the southwestern tip of South America, between the Andes and the Pacific Ocean, Chile is known for its institutional stability, economic openness and legal certainty —conditions that make it one of the most reliable destinations in the region for foreign investment.

Chile is known for its vast natural heritage, which includes San Pedro de Atacama, Easter Island and Torres del Paine. Among them, Patagonia stands out as a jewel.

1.2 Patagonia

The southern tip of the Americas: a land of glaciers, fjords, ancient forests and steppes, with some of the last great expanses of untouched nature on the planet.

1.3 World heritage

Recognized by WWF (World Wide Fund for Nature) and IUCN (International Union for Conservation of Nature) as one of the planet's last great wilderness areas, Chilean Patagonia holds one of the world's largest freshwater reserves and native forests that act as carbon sinks. Species such as the puma, the condor, the pudú and the huemul find a refuge here with little human intervention, increasingly valued as a synonym for privacy and exclusivity.

1.4 A rising market

The Aysén Region ranks among Chile's fastest-growing real estate markets of the past decade, driven by tourism, the arrival of investors and growing interest in conservation as an asset class.

1.5 Growing international interest

Investors from North America, Europe and Asia look to Patagonia as a refuge from global volatility and the climate crisis. The 2024–2025 season saw a 40.3% year-on-year increase in visitors to Aysén, and organizations such as The Nature Conservancy and Conservation International have declared the area a global conservation priority.

1.6 Conservation

Conservation is no longer just philanthropy: it is an investment model. The scarcity of pristine ecosystems and the legal protection of biodiversity make these lands a one-of-a-kind asset, with access to emerging carbon credit markets.

Why

Climate change is a reality we have yet to fully grasp. Glaciers are melting, fresh water is becoming scarce and deforestation is advancing. It is our responsibility to care for our planet.

How

We chose one of the most beautiful places in the world, Chilean Patagonia. We buy large tracts of land, protect them with a conservation easement and divide them into accessible parcels for those committed to their care.

What

We sell DRC-protected land that allows responsibly built ecological retreats, with legal certainty for conservationists around the world — democratizing an activity once reserved for large fortunes.

Our model

We seek conscious investors and make it easy for them to own a Patagonian retreat, turning them into green citizens who offset their carbon footprint.
